The rooms were spotless and excellent quality, had smoke detectors for safety. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the local pubs, a farm with sheep and canal.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our New Year getaway, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The room we stayed in was not only spotlessly clean but also provided a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the chilly weather. The fact that they offered fresh milk for our morning tea was a thoughtful touch, adding a homey feel to our stay.
The room was quite hot and stuffy, even with the provided fan. Additionally, we were disappointed that the tea and coffee supplies were not replenished on our second night, leaving us with only one tea bag for the morning.

The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated with modern touches. The location on the farm is particularly convenient for visiting Rugeley. It is also near a cafe and the canal, which is great for morning walks.

We enjoyed the tasteful barn conversion and the large bathroom. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with top-line fittings and lovely linens and towels. The staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, providing us with fresh chilled milks and waters in the small communal guest fridge downstairs. The secure parking with a locked entrance gate was also a plus point.
We found the rooms to be quite overheated, and even with the radiator off and an open window, it was uncomfortable at times. The contactless check-in process, while efficient, made the stay feel impersonal.

We recently stayed at a lovely barn conversion in Rugeley and had a great experience at Tuppenhurst Barn. the rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, with a private door to the cafe which opens early only. the bed was great and the shower was good, with lovely linens and towels provided. We appreciated the small communal guest fridge downstairs, which had fresh chilled milks and waters. the secure parking with a locked entrance gate was also a bonus. the setting was beautiful, calm, and quiet, and the check-in process was easy. We were even able to bring along our dog, and the place was very clean. the barn was conveniently located for our mountain biking activities, and we found it easily accessible. the walk to the local pubs was also straightforward, just by going out the front and following the canal path.
Cons: N/A 😃.

The breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our early departure. The location was a major plus, with easy access to Lichfield city and a beautiful canal walk right at the doorstep. there was a pick-your-own fruit farm nearby, which was a fun and enjoyable activity.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. The rooms were extremely cold, and even after requesting a heater, it was only provided later in the evening.
